WEATHERmeter Battery & Power Options Follow

The WEATHERmeter uses a CR2450 battery.

To access the battery compartment, peel off the silicone sleeve starting from the top near the fan blades. Make sure the sleeve is put back on correctly after replacing the battery.

If the battery is removed the compass will need to be recalibrated. See Compass Calibration for instructions.

There is a low power and high power setting that can be switched in the settings menu of the companion app. Use low power for longer battery life, and when holding the meter. Use high power if greater Bluetooth range is needed, when using the meter at a distance from the connected mobile device. High power will consume more battery.
