Having trouble accessing your subscription purchase?
Apple purchases may not be linked to a typical user account. If for any reason you don't have access to a subscription from an in-app purchase, you can restore access to the purchase.
First make sure the mobile device you are using is registered to same Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription.
Open the app, go to the main menu > Settings & Help > Manage Account > select Restore Purchases. You should then be signed in to your Apple subscription account which may be anonymous until you add contact info.
You can also sign in to your original account and "Restore Purchases" which should update the account with your Apple subscription.
