Subscriptions are either billed directly via credit card or through Apple via in-app purchase (IAP)
How to cancel a direct billing subscription
Subscriptions can be canceled upon request. Please submit a request to cancel your subscription.
To locate your account, please make sure to provide the following details:
- Full name
- Account e-mail
- Username
- Phone number
Members must contact us prior to their billing renewal date to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
You can also leave us a voicemail but please be sure to spell out your email address, name and username. Please call 800-946-3225 and leave us a message.
If your subscription renews before we can cancel it, you will be entitled to a refund as long as your request submission is dated before your subscription renewal date.
How to cancel an Apple in-app Purchase Subscription
If you purchased a subscription through Apple in-app purchase (IAP), you can turn off the auto-renewing option in your Apple ID subscriptions. Only the Apple ID user can manage their subscriptions.
Go to your iOS settings > tap your Apple ID > go to Subscriptions and cancel the auto-renewing subscription.

Subscription Terms and Conditions:
All memberships automatically renew at the applicable rate upon the end of each term. $9.99/mo. Pro plans require a 12-month commitment; early terminations will be subject to a fee. Pre-Pay Annual and Month-to-Month plans have no commitment. A subscription can be canceled before the end of the current term, but partial refunds are not available. How to Delete your Account
When you cancel a subscription, your account remains active with access to all free content. To delete your account completely, follow one of these two options:
- Within the app, navigate to Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account
- If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a ticket to customer service. Be sure to include your full name, phone number, email address and/or username.
