Billing Information Follow
To update your payment information or review your account transactions, first log in to your account from one of our websites: iKitesurf, iWindsurf, WindAlert, SailFlow, or FishWeather. Payment information cannot be updated on the the mobile apps.
Update Payment Info
Credit card information can only be updated on the website.
Go to the main menu ☰ then select My Account.
Choose the Payment Info tab and enter your new credit card information. Make sure to click Update Info when you're done.
After updating your billing information, past-due balances will be processed within a few days.
Failed Subscription Payments
Payment processing can fail for a number of reasons.
- Make sure your card information and expiration date are correct.
- Visa gift cards are not accepted.
- Contact your bank and ask if the charge is being blocked. Some banks may automatically block unknown recurring charges for your protection.
Transactions
For a receipt of subscription transactions, click the Transactions tab.
