Reset Password on Website or Mobile

You can easily reset your password using the Forgot Password function. Make sure you are signed out of your account before following the link in order to successfully reset the password.

Website

1. Click Sign In from the menu ☰ or sign out of your account if you are already signed in.
2. On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your username.
Make sure there are no spaces after your username.
3. An e-mail with a password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address on file. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you did not receive the password reset e-mail, check your spam/junk folders. If you still need help accessing your account, please contact us.

If you have forgotten your username, click "Forgot Username?"
You will be redirected to contact us. Provide any relevant contact information that may help locate your account; alternate e-mail addresses, your full name, etc.

Mobile

1. From the menu ☰ > go to Settings & Help > Reset Password > Enter your username and tap OK. Your username is CaSe SenSitiVe and there can be no spaces after it.
2. An e-mail with a password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address on file. Follow the link to reset your password.

If you did not receive the password reset e-mail, check your spam/junk folders. If you still need help accessing your account, please contact us.
